Maintenance Requests All maintenance requests (that are not considered emergencies) should be submitted in writing, either by email to info@visitlandmark, by mail, or directly to our office (the automatic form on our website will not work, requests must be emailed or printed and mailed or dropped off). A Maintenance Request Form in PDF format can be found under tenant forms on our website. Please be sure to include whether maintenance can enter your rental when you are not present when submitting a request. If you should encounter an emergency maintenance issue outside of our business hours please review the information below prior to contacting us to avoid unnecessary charges to your account. For emergency maintenance outside of our business hours please call our offices at 360-393-5721. Thanks! Emergency Maintenance Emergency Maintenance Calls Will Be Reviewed In Order to Assess Who Will Be Billed for the Call. An emergency is something that need immediate attention and remedying and cannot be delayed until regular business hours. For Example: Leaking pipes from the upstairs unit are causing water to drip through the ceiling over your bed! Your toilet is plugged up and you only have on bathroom! Examples of Maintenance Issues That ARE NOT Emergencies: Your kitchen sink has developed a slow leak dripping into the cabinet below! (Will a bucket or pan fit under the drip?) Please use it until regular business hours! You have a two bedroom, two bathroom unit and the toilet in the master bathroom plugs up. Use the main bathroom and call during regular business hours! The washing machine in the laundry room has quit working and you know it is due to the coin box being full. You can only do your laundry after work in the evenings! Please use a Laundromat in your area and call during regular business hours. TENANTS WHO MISUSE THE EMERGENCY AFTER HOURS MAINTENANCE WILL BE BILLED FOR THE MAINTENANCE CALL-OUT. Think before you call: Can This Issue wait until Regular Business Hours? |
