This October Swim Club will be doing a Halloween pop-up bar! Starting on the 15th it will transform into Spirit Club, a ghoulish dark-lit haven with some tricks, but mostly treats. Chef Todd Alan Martin has created a dinner menu inspired by various horror films including “The Silence Of The Lambs” with roasted lamb, herbed fava beans and “a nice chianti” beurre rouge.
Dennis Schafer has put together a cocktail menu including “Maggie’s Ghost” with habanero infused cachaca, lime, curacao and celery salt also featuring the “Davy Jones Locker” with Fernet Branca, aged rum, grapefruit, cinnamon and lime, and many more on theme delights. Get ready to drink your cocktails out of skulls and halloween themed glassware, this is a fully immersive experience.
