The building has controlled access and on-site parking, two bedrooms will be issued two parking permits in a first come first serve parking lot.

Tenants are responsible for electricity. There is an additional monthly utility fee of $50/tenant for water, sewer and garbage. Internet and landscaping are included in rental price.
