Landscaping is included in the rent. Tenants are responsible for water, sewer, and garbage which will be directly posted to your tenant ledger. Tenants responsible for setting up electricity into their name.
One small pet under 25 pounds is allowed with prior approval and additional fees, $300 Non-refundable Pet deposit, $300 Refundable pet deposit.
