Report a maintenance issue
We call this an issue, not a request, on purpose. Sometimes you’re asking us to fix something. Sometimes you’re just telling us something’s wrong. Both are worth submitting, and neither should require a login.

The tenant portal is still the fastest route. Your request lands directly in our maintenance queue with your photos attached, and you can check its status without calling us.

Vendors, neighbors, delivery drivers, someone walking past. If you’ve spotted a problem at one of our buildings, report it. A gate that won’t latch or a parking lot light that’s out is worth knowing about.

For emergency maintenance issues, please call our main office

At a commercial property, treat these as emergencies:
- Active water intrusion, a burst pipe, a leaking hot water heater, or a roof leak over inventory or equipment
- Sewer or drain backup
- No heat in an occupied space
- Total power loss, after you’ve checked for an outage in your area
- A fire alarm or sprinkler system fault
- A storefront, exterior door, or lock that won’t secure the building
- Anyone trapped in an elevator
If there’s a fire, a gas odor, or someone is trapped, call 911 first. Then call us.
