Landmark Real Estate Management is a Bellingham, Washington property management company. We manage single-family, multi-family, and commercial property across Whatcom and Skagit County. Our office is at 455 W Stuart Rd, Bellingham, WA 98226.

You may use rentalnw.com to:

• Search available rentals and view property detail pages.
• Submit a contact request, rental application, or property management inquiry.
• Sign in to a tenant or owner portal that we have invited you to access.
• Access information about Landmark’s services, team, and policies.

You agree not to:

• Use the site to harass, threaten, or defraud anyone, or to violate Fair Housing rules or other applicable law.
• Submit false information on an application or in any communication with us.
• Scrape, copy, or republish our listings, photos, or content for commercial purposes without written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, server, or data; introduce malware; or interfere with normal site operation.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access protected portal areas.

Listings on rentalnw.com are presented in good faith based on information from our property management system. Availability, rent, fees, and unit details can change without notice. A listing is not an offer of tenancy: tenancy begins only after a written lease is signed by both parties and any required deposits are received.

Photos and floor plans may show representative units within a property and may not depict the exact unit offered for rent. We make our best effort to keep photos accurate but cannot guarantee perfect representation.

Submitting a rental application authorizes us to verify the information you provide and to perform tenant screening through our authorized vendor. Application fees, when charged, cover screening costs and are generally non-refundable once screening has begun.

We apply the same screening criteria to every applicant in accordance with the Federal Fair Housing Act, the Washington Law Against Discrimination, and local ordinances. See our Fair Housing notice for details on protected classes and our nondiscrimination commitment.

If you are issued a portal account (tenant, applicant, or owner), you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity that takes place under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that are inactive, fraudulent, or in violation of these terms.

Rent and other lease-related payments processed through the tenant portal are handled by our payment processor. Bank and card details are stored with the processor under their security standards, not on our servers. Owners’ ACH details are likewise stored with our payments provider.

Returned payments, late charges, and other lease-related fees are governed by your lease, not by these terms.

The site, including its design, copy, logo, and the “LANDMARK.” mark, is the property of Landmark Real Estate Management. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reuse the brand mark, copy, or photos for any other purpose without written permission.

Property photos belonging to outside leasing agents or third parties remain the property of those parties; their inclusion on a listing does not transfer rights to you.

The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Information about properties, market rates, or local conditions is for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Landmark and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, including loss of profits or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from your use of the site shall be brought in state or federal courts located in Whatcom County, Washington, and you consent to that venue.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date below reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
