Current Washington State licensing and bonding for your trade, where your work requires it.

Insured

Proof of general liability insurance, with Landmark Real Estate Management listed as an additional insured.

W-9 on file

A completed W-9 so we can set you up for payment and year-end 1099 reporting.

Vendor registration

Tell us about your business.

Send us your details and our team will reach out about getting you set up in our vendor network. Have a W-9 and a current certificate of insurance ready, we’ll request them when we follow up.
