Accessibility statement
Landmark Real Estate Management is committed to making our website and the homes we manage accessible to people of all abilities. This statement explains the standard we hold ourselves to, how to request a reasonable accommodation, and how to report a barrier so we can fix it.
Our commitment
We design and maintain rentalnw.com with the goal of meeting Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. That means working keyboard navigation, descriptive alt text on meaningful images, sufficient color contrast for body text, semantic page structure that screen readers can interpret, and forms that announce their labels and error messages.
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We review new pages and major changes against these guidelines and welcome feedback from anyone who finds something that doesn’t work for them.
Reasonable accommodations and modifications
Tenants and applicants with disabilities have the right to request reasonable accommodations (changes to a rule, policy, or service) and reasonable modifications (physical changes to a unit or common area) when needed to use and enjoy their home. There is no fee to request an accommodation or modification.
To submit a request, contact our office. You can describe what you need verbally, in writing, or with help from someone you trust. We do not require disclosure of a specific medical diagnosis; we only need to understand the disability-related need so we can respond in good faith under the Fair Housing Act and Washington State law.
Reporting a barrier on this website
If any page, feature, document, or interaction on rentalnw.com is difficult to use with assistive technology, or if you can’t complete a task you’re trying to do, please tell us. We’ll work with you to provide the information another way and to fix the underlying issue.
When you reach out, it helps if you can include:
- The page or URL where you ran into the problem
- What you were trying to do
- The assistive technology, browser, or device you were using (if you know)
