As a growing company, we are continuously working to acquire new properties to manage that both meet the needs of the community and offer enough to prospective tenants to fill the available space.

Troy Muljat
Owner · CCIM
Troy Muljat is currently a level two candidate for the MAI, and an associate member of the Appraisal Institute. He also achieved his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) membership through the National Association of Realtors. His specialties include appraisals, development and management of commercial office buildings, industrial buildings, retail development, hotels, all types of commercial land, income property and medium to large multi-family complexes. Additionally, Troy specializes in brokerage of new construction, both single-family subdivision development and multi-family brokerage and development.
Kimberly Huizenga
Chief Operating Officer · CPM
Kimberly Huizenga heads Landmark's dedicated staff as Chief Operating Officer. A Western Washington University graduate with a BA in Business Management and a CPM designation, she brings over 15 years of property management experience. Together with Troy, she leads a team of specialists that can make the difference between a good investment and just another building in need of tenants to fill it.
Mike Haveman
Chief Financial Officer · CPA
Mike Haveman serves as Landmark's Chief Financial Officer, leading the accounting department and overseeing financial operations across the company. A licensed CPA in Washington State with a Master of Science in Taxation, he is a member of the AICPA and WSCPA and brings more than three decades of executive finance experience spanning trust account compliance, GAAP reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. On behalf of Landmark's property owners, Mike oversees the systems that safeguard owner funds, deliver accurate and timely owner statements, and provide the reliable financial information owners depend on to make sound decisions about their investments.
Leslie Medina
Director of Property Management · ARM®
Leslie leads Landmark's property management operations, mentoring the senior portfolio managers who oversee our residential and commercial portfolios. She brings more than 18 years of experience, including nine years at Landmark. Her focus is on what owners feel directly: financial performance, preventive maintenance, vendor relationships, and fair housing compliance. Leslie holds the ARM® designation.
