Getting started
Not all Landmark properties permit pets. Contact your property manager before adding a pet. If approved, Landmark may require additional fees, such as a refundable pet deposit and/or monthly pet rent. Amounts may vary by property.
For pet adoption agencies or stores requiring landlord authorization letters, contact Landmark.
Accommodations
Under the Fair Housing Act and Washington State ADA guidelines, tenants requesting service animals must provide written documentation by a medical professional, a peer support group, a non-medical agency, or a reliable third party demonstrating the need. Documentation must emphasize necessity and meet HUD guidelines.
